Welcome to Radically Alive Coaching. These terms apply when you use radicallyalivecoaching.com, join our email list, download our resources, book a call, purchase a course or program, or take part in our community. Radically Alive Coaching ("we", "us", or "our") is the coaching practice of Jamie Gantt, PCC. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or services.
We offer professional coaching and related services, including one-to-one coaching, corporate training, speaking engagements, online courses such as the Overthinking Reset, downloadable resources such as the Energy Alignment Guide, and membership communities such as the Expansion Lab. The details of any individual coaching engagement, including session count, duration, and fees, are agreed separately with you before we begin.
Coaching is a powerful process for growth, clarity, and change, but it is not a substitute for professional care. Our services are not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, or medical treatment, and nothing we provide is medical, psychological, legal, financial, or tax advice. If you are dealing with a mental health condition or a crisis, please work with a qualified professional; coaching can complement that support but never replaces it. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions, including whether and how you use anything you take from our work together.
We are committed to bringing our full skill and presence to every client, and we are proud of the outcomes our clients create. At the same time, your results depend on your own circumstances, effort, and choices. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome, transformation, or business or career result from coaching, courses, or programs.

You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us permission to display it within the community for as long as you leave it there. We may remove content or suspend or remove members who breach these guidelines, with or without notice, to protect the community.
Everything we create, including our website content, courses, videos, workbooks, guides, frameworks, branding, and the structure of our programs, belongs to Radically Alive Coaching and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. When you purchase a course or resource, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own growth. You may not copy, share, resell, teach from, or republish our materials without our written permission. Please do not share your login or download links with others.
Any testimonials on our site reflect the real experiences of individual clients. They are shared with permission and are examples, not promises of what you will experience.
Our website and programs use trusted third-party platforms for things like scheduling, payments, email, and community hosting, and we may link to other websites and social media. Those services have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radically Alive Coaching and Jamie Gantt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website, our content, or our services, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in them takes away consumer rights that the law of your country guarantees you.
Coaching works best as a wholehearted partnership. If either of us feels the engagement is no longer serving you, we can talk about it openly, and either of us may end an ongoing engagement with written notice. Any sessions already delivered remain payable, and any specific arrangements in your coaching agreement take precedence over this clause.
We may update these terms from time to time as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Changes apply from the moment they are posted; significant changes affecting active clients or members will be communicated by email.
These terms are governed by the laws that apply where we are established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you enjoy in your own country. If a dispute arises, we would ask you to contact us first at [email protected], because most concerns can be resolved with a conversation.
