Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 September 2026

Radically Alive Coaching ("we", "us", or "our") is the coaching practice of Jamie Gantt. This policy explains what personal information we collect through radicallyalivecoaching.com and our related services, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, you are always welcome to ask us at [email protected].

Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you fill in a form, subscribe to our emails, download a resource such as the Energy Alignment Guide, book a chemistry call or coaching session, join a program or community, purchase a course, or contact us, we may collect:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to share it
  • Booking details, such as the date and time of your session and anything you tell us about what you would like to work on
  • Payment details, which are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number
  • Anything you share with us in messages, emails, or during coaching conversations

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies that collect technical information such as your browser type, device, approximate location, the pages you visit, and how you found us. This helps us understand how the site is used and improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How we use your information

  • To provide our services: scheduling calls, delivering coaching, courses, community access, and resources you request
  • To respond to your enquiries and support requests
  • To send you emails you have signed up for, such as our newsletter, resources, and information about programs and offers; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email
  • To process payments and keep required business records
  • To understand how our website is used so we can improve it
  • To comply with legal obligations

We only use your information where we have a proper basis to do so: because you have asked us to provide something, because you have given consent (which you can withdraw at any time), because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our practice, or because the law requires it.

Confidentiality of coaching conversations

What you share in coaching sessions is treated as confidential. We do not share the content of your sessions with anyone except where you ask us to, where we are required to by law, or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or another person.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run the practice, such as:

  • Our website, CRM, and scheduling platform, which hosts our forms, calendars, and email tools
  • Email delivery services used to send newsletters and resources
  • Payment processors that handle transactions securely
  • Community and course platforms that host our programs
  • Calendar providers used to confirm your bookings

These providers only receive the information they need to do their job and are required to protect it. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Where your information is processed

We work with clients around the world, and our service providers may store information on servers in countries other than your own, including the United States. Wherever your information travels, we take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected in line with this policy.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above: for as long as you are a client or subscriber, and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting, or legal obligations require. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

Security

We use reputable platforms and reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe and to limit access to it.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under privacy laws such as the GDPR (Europe and the UK), POPIA (South Africa), or US state privacy laws. Wherever you are, we extend the same courtesy: you can ask us to

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is wrong or out of date
  • Delete your information, where we are not legally required to keep it
  • Stop sending you marketing emails, which you can also do instantly via the unsubscribe link in any email
  • Receive a copy of the information you have provided to us

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected] and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Our site may link to other websites and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our practice or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we make significant changes, we will let you know on this page or by email.
