Radically Alive Coaching ("we", "us", or "our") is the coaching practice of Jamie Gantt. This policy explains what personal information we collect through radicallyalivecoaching.com and our related services, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, you are always welcome to ask us at [email protected].
Information you give us directly. When you fill in a form, subscribe to our emails, download a resource such as the Energy Alignment Guide, book a chemistry call or coaching session, join a program or community, purchase a course, or contact us, we may collect:
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies that collect technical information such as your browser type, device, approximate location, the pages you visit, and how you found us. This helps us understand how the site is used and improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We only use your information where we have a proper basis to do so: because you have asked us to provide something, because you have given consent (which you can withdraw at any time), because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our practice, or because the law requires it.
What you share in coaching sessions is treated as confidential. We do not share the content of your sessions with anyone except where you ask us to, where we are required to by law, or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or another person.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run the practice, such as:

We work with clients around the world, and our service providers may store information on servers in countries other than your own, including the United States. Wherever your information travels, we take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected in line with this policy.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above: for as long as you are a client or subscriber, and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting, or legal obligations require. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.
We use reputable platforms and reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe and to limit access to it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under privacy laws such as the GDPR (Europe and the UK), POPIA (South Africa), or US state privacy laws. Wherever you are, we extend the same courtesy: you can ask us to

Our site may link to other websites and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
We may update this policy from time to time as our practice or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we make significant changes, we will let you know on this page or by email.
