Radiate Program Breakdown

9 Modules of Online Content

Each module will focus on a specific topic and reflection homework for your personal growth and transformation. Every 3 modules there will be a break in online content for integration and catch up. We will still have coaching calls even though there is no new content.

Workbook/Journal PDF Download

The workbook includes tools, strategies, and reflection exercises to turn your knowledge into action. These can be revisited at any time during the program and beyond.

12 Weekly Group Coaching Sessions

Each group session will build on the module topics and provide space for sharing reflections, getting support on challenges, and answering any questions you might have.

3 Individual Coaching Calls w/Jamie

Each call will be 60 minutes and are available for you to use at any time during the program. In these sessions we will zero in on your specific goals and intentions, work together to remove any blocks or challenges, and create an action plan for you to florurish.
